One of our hottest menu offerings is the raw oyster platter, and in order to provide the freshest, high-quality oysters around, we serve Gold Band Oysters in the warmer months (like August!).

High Pressure Processing
Don’t you worry; this high-pressure wash does nothing to affect the flavor or texture of the best oysters in Texas! What it does do is rid those oysters of harmful bacteria that can lurk in the water during the warmer months. Safer oysters. Great taste. We’re sold. And it’s why these are the only oysters we’ll serve when the water temperatures rise.
Gold Band oysters are pre-shucked, giving you no headaches when trying to remove the oyster from the shell. All meat is left in tact, letting you enjoy more of the good stuff.
Gold Band Oysters are not only safer to eat, but they taste better too! Gold Band has won numerous awards for taste, including the American Culinary Institute’s Best Taste Award 3 years in a row and the Best Tasting Fresh Raw Oyster Award by the American Tasting Institute.
